Staff will be on site during the day for setup. Monitored alarm system, locked cases for valuables during the sale, and alert veteran staff members. Valuables are removed in the evening.
This neighborhood has some hills, not steep. Parking is easy. There are about ten steps up to the entry. The sale is on one floor, with a step out to the back garden.
