furnishings, Asian influenced decorative items, clear glass Baccarat figurines,
chinaware and glassware, including Waterford, massive assortment of ladies
designer and other good quality fashions, leathers, furs and feathers in sizes
8-16, designer shoes, mostly sized 8.5, tons of sportswear and accessories, packed kitchen
with a number of nice small appliances, massive basement with tools, supplies,
linens, clothing, sundries, furniture and collectibles etc., literally ten of
everything. A real pickers dream.
The home is on two stories with an exterior staircase. The lower floor
is the same size as the upper, and contains many of the same types of
items as upstairs. The sale will have separate entries, and separate
cashier stations for the upper and lower floors. Keep your receipts
handy to show at the door once you've made purchases on either floor.
Parking is not bad in this residential neighborhood. On the opposite side of the street, parking is restricted from 9-2 on Friday for a school. Don't be tempted by those empty spaces.
