Novel collection of
Modernist mosaic decorative items by Marin county vintage artist Margo Elberg.
Three mandolins: an older Martin, a 1970's Gibson, and one by a quality contemporary maker.

Table wares include an assortment of early
American glass candlesticks, cut glass pieces, a number of chinaware services
including a nice contemporary Limoges service in white, Heath dinnerware and
other quality pieces.

Fine Art includes
several American and Continental oil paintings on canvas and prints on paper,
two small works by Lily Harmon.
Clothing and fashion
accessories include designer goods and everyday items.
Utilitarian wares
include a packed kitchen and basement with tools, books, chest freezer, garden
implements, outdoor furniture, plants and pots and tons more.
Staff will be on site during the day for setup and in the evening for security. Monitored alarm system, locked cases for valuables during the sale, and alert veteran staff members. Valuables are removed in the evening.
The neighborhood is somewhat hilly. There are several steps down to the entry of the house. The house is on three levels: the main floor includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen; the upper floor has three bedrooms; the lower floor has a family room, office, and workshop.
