Saturday. This is the residence of a
well known local interior designer.
Contents include Mid-Century Danish furnishings and vintage wares
including a nice pair of upholstered armchairs, Japanese, Chinese and other furnishings, decorative items and
Art along with oriental rugs , and contemporary pieces including a very nice
upholstered armchair , dining set, coffee table, assorted cabinets and a good
looking modern Tibetan rug of size. As well there are a number of antique
Continental furniture items. Decorative offerings
include an interesting selection of
silver flatware and hollowware, assorted collectible ceramics, metal wares and
sculpture and a ton of bric-a-brac. There is a well outfitted kitchen and packed
garage and a selection of designer level
men's clothing. Plenty of children's items: furniture, clothing, games &
toys. There is also a small amount of outdoor furniture. Last, but not least, is a vast collection of
ladies fine, silver and costume jewelry.

This is a cash only sale.
Access to the property is challenging, with a long, steep concrete staircase and a number of interior staircases. Clients with mobility issues may be restricted by these conditions.
Staff will be on premises during the day for setup, and in the evening for security. Monitored alarm system, attentive neighbors, locked cases for valuables during the sale, and alert veteran staff members. Valuables are removed in the evening. The family is living in their home during the sale, so please respect their privacy if you arrive early on Friday morning.
