We will provide open baskets for your convenience. No backpacks, bags, totes, etc are allowed in this sale.
Staff will be on site during the day for setup. Monitored alarm system, locked cases for valuables during the sale, and alert veteran staff members. Valuables are removed in the evening.
The house is in a flat
neighborhood. The sale takes place on the first floor only. There are several steps
up to the front door. The sale is quite packed, so not a good environment for
small children or dogs. People are living on the upper floor and in a back
garden ADU. Please respect their privacy before opening, and during the sale.
