This is a cash only sale.

Staff will be on premises during the day for setup, and in the evening for security. Monitored alarm system, attentive neighbors, locked cases for valuables during the sale, and alert veteran staff members. Valuables are removed in the evening. Family members are living in the home during the sale, so please respect their privacy if you arrive early on Friday morning.

There is ample parking for the sale in this residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbor driveways.

SPECIAL NOTE: This neighborhood is close to a trail head to  Mission Peak. Because of ongoing parking issues, parking permits are required for this neighborhood, and the police will enforce. We have permits for our customers. Please pick one up from our door person, and place it on your dash. And please return it to us when you leave. Sorry for the inconvenience. But we are happy that the city of Fremont is supporting our sale by providing us with parking permits for customers.

The neighborhood is pretty flat. There are a couple of steps up to the front door. A couple of steps lead down to the attached garage. It is a two story home with bedrooms and office upstairs.
