Estate Sale in Oakland - Broadway Terrace

Our next on-site sale will take place July 10-12, in the Broadway Terrace East neighborhood of Oakland. The home is a lovely post-fire traditional contemporary. It is thoughtfully furnished and decorated with art from well respected Bay Area galleries, artisan and antique furniture pieces, a profound collection of books, especially cookbooks, records, cd's, great dinner ware, ceramics, stemware. High quality kitchen items from a serious cook. Lots of great jewelry. Outdoor items include garden furniture, pots, succulents, garden art. All of very nice quality. Designer clothing in various sizes, shoes (size 7-8), and handbags. A wonderful assembly of fabrics and yarns. The garage includes art & craft supplies, sports and camping, some tools, kids' stuff, & holiday. There are also books, great fabrics, clothes, and kitchen wares in the garage.

This is a CASH ONLY sale.

Staff will be on premises during the day for setup, and in the evening for security. Monitored alarm system, attentive neighbors, locked cases for valuables during the sale, and alert veteran staff members. The family is living in their home during the sale, so please respect their privacy if you arrive early on Friday morning.

Additional photos have been added to all categories, and one new category was added: kitchen wares. Garage photos are now quite comprehensive, so you can decide if you want to come for the early opening of the garage on Friday. Jewelry photos are now included.
